Privacy Policy

Potforge is operated by KUZE CREATION ENTERPRISE, a sole proprietorship registered in Malaysia (SSM registration 202603208912 (KT0618991-A)), trading since 6 August 2026. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
We handle personal data in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect

| A public name, if you publish | Only what you type when publishing a design to the gallery. We never derive it from your email. |
| Usage events | Page visits, STL downloads, designs saved, plan pages viewed. Used in aggregate to see what people use. |
| Analytics cookies | Google Analytics counts visits and shows how people find and use the site: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, and the site you came from. It sets cookies named _ga and _ga_…. We never send Google your email, your designs, or your sign-in links. |
| A Stripe customer reference | If you subscribe, so we can match your payment to your account. |
We never see or store your card details. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe on their own pages. We receive only a customer reference, the plan, the amount, and whether it succeeded.
Who else processes your data
- Supabase — database, accounts and file storage. Our data is hosted in Singapore (
ap-southeast-1). - Cloudflare — serves the site, detects your country, and counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies.
- Stripe — payments and subscriptions.
- Google — Google Analytics, for visit statistics. You can block its cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Because these providers operate outside Malaysia, your data is stored and processed abroad. By using Potforge you consent to that transfer.
Who can see your designs
A design you save is private to your account. Other users cannot open it, read its settings, or download its STL.
One exception you should know about. Our administrators can view every design in the system, including private ones. This exists so we can moderate the public gallery, support you when something breaks, and restore work from backups. We do not look at private designs for any other reason, and we do not share them.
If you publish a design to the gallery, its name, preview image and the public name you chose become visible to everyone. Even then, other users cannot download its STL or copy its settings — only you can.
How long we keep it
Designs and account data are kept until you delete them or ask us to close your account. Payment records are kept for as long as Malaysian tax and accounting rules require. Usage events are kept in aggregate. Google Analytics keeps detailed visit data for at most 14 months.
Your rights
- Get a copy. Open your vault and use Back up my designs to download everything you have saved. For anything else, email us.
- Correct it. You can change your display name and rename or edit any design at any time.
- Delete it. Delete designs yourself, or email us to close your account and remove your data.
- Withdraw consent. Email us and we will stop processing your data, which means closing your account.

Security
Access to your data is enforced at the database level, so one account cannot read another's. Traffic is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your data.
Children
Potforge is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be announced in the app.
